Includes 2 Comprehensive physical exams with pedicure per year, all recommended core vaccinations, 3 fecal tests, 3 basic dewormings, and a FeLV/FIV test

Kitten Basic + Spay/Neuter Surgery

Includes 2 Comprehensive physical exams with pedicure per year, all recommended core vaccinations, 2 fecal tests, 2 basic dewormings, annual bloodwork with urinalysis

*1 time enrollment fee of $39.99 is due upon package sign-up.   A major debit or credit card must be used for the monthly payments.

*Reduced enrollment fee of $19.99 for additional pets on the same client account

*All packages are a twelve (12) month commitment and do not guarantee the health or longevity of your pet. If your package is cancelled early, you will be responsible for all services rendered or remainder of payments.
